Kenny Giordano got his musical start at the age of four when his oldest brother Mike put a guitar into his hands. The fifth of six children, Kenny watched older brother Mike and his friends jam in their Alexandria, Virginia home. He began figuring out songs by ear, and in the process uncovered a hidden gift of perfect pitch. Kenny began playing the piano at age eight, inspired by Scott Joplin’s The Entertainer and has since added keyboards, organ, and bass to his instrumental skills. In addition to his folk, country, rock, ragtime, and classical roots, Kenny has extensive experience with church choirs. For most of the past thirty years, Kenny has been involved with some aspect of music ministry.

Growing up with three older brothers developed Kenny's competitive streak. In addition to mastering many musical instruments, Kenny played a variety of sports, including baseball, football, and soccer. As a youth referee, he once ejected an adult coach from a soccer game for poor behavior! As an adult, Kenny has coached boys and girls soccer and assisted with Little League baseball teams for his own boys. Whether at home or on the road, his fitness these days comes from strenuous workouts at the gym, and hiking and running on the scenic Colorado trails.

In addition to music and sports, Kenny grew up loving history and politics. He founded his high school's Model U.N. club and participated in several national conferences during his high school years. Kenny is still an avid student of history and current events with the History channel and many talk radio shows from a variety of political persuasions providing input to many colorful dinnertime discussions.

Kenny is happily married to Joyful, and the father of three children—Kristin, Kevin, and Anthony. He was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, but now calls Colorado his home.

While the kids were young, Kenny focused his energies on growing and operating his own small business, combining his musical abilities and business savvy to provide entertainment for a variety of clients from private parties to country clubs to wedding receptions. Now his focus is shifting to composing, recording, and performing his own original music.

Today Kenny performs with his band and as a solo acoustic act. He has performed in bars, country clubs, parks, private parties, and for local and regional benefits. As a Colorado Springs resident, Kenny is sensitive to the plights and sacrifices of those who wear our country's uniforms. He particularly enjoys performing for our military and their families.
